A suspect who fled from Calloway County sheriff deputies Thursday morning has been found.
Police said William Elliott was taken into custody Thursday night with help from a Calloway County Fire Rescue drone. He had fled from deputies around 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning and at the time was considered to be armed. Elliott was charged with assault, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, fleeing or evading police and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He was taken to the Calloway County jail.
