Deputies Identify Theft Suspects in Perry County Missouri

Deputies in Perry County Missouri credit detailed security footage and the public in finding a man and woman wanted in connection to a storage building theft investigation. Deputies say  due to tips, deputies were able to identify and locate the two suspects in St. Francis County. William Lester, 33, and Brandy Carter, 39, both of Farmington, Missouri, were arrested on Wednesday, July 14. Lester and Carter are each charged with one count felony burglary, felony stealing and misdemeanor property damage Lester is being held at the Perry County Sheriff’s Office. Carter is being held in St. Francis County on outstanding warrants. Burglaries at the A&G Storage, located on Highway T, were reported to the sheriff’s office on July 3. The sheriff’s office then asked for the public’s help on Tuesday in a post on their Facebook page. Deputies were hoping someone would recognize a man and woman in the photos from security cameras at the storage facility. They also wanted the public to be on the look out for the white Chevrolet Avalanche they were believed to be traveling in. Investigators had said the license plate on the vehicle was stolen and did not belong to the vehicle.
