Police Arrest Marshall County Burglary Suspect in Graves County

A Mayfield man was arrested after an alleged burglary in Marshall County. The crime was reported by a homeowner on Wadesboro Road Saturday night. A Facebook post was circulated with a picture of the suspect’s vehicle. On Sunday afternoon someone told the Graves County Sheriff’s Office that the vehicle was parked at a home on Dublin Hill Road. Deputies located the vehicle, along with the owner at the home. Working with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, a positive ID was made on the suspect, as well as the vehicle used during the alleged burglary. The suspect, 32-year-old Michael Scull, was also wanted on an outstanding Graves County Circuit Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine and felony theft. Scull was arrested on the warrant, and faces a burglary charge out of Marshall County. Scull was taken to a hospital for treatment of suspected significant methamphetamine ingestion prior to being taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
