A McCracken County couple was arrested on drug trafficking charges following a search warrant Tuesday afternoon. Deputies say began investigating after receiving complaints that 30-year-old Trevion R. Clary was allegedly selling methamphetamine in McCracken and surrounding counties. A search warrant was executed Tuesday afternoon at Clary’s residence on Kilkee Drive in Lone Oak. Clary was taken into custody as he was leaving his residence. During a search of Clary, detectives say they found marijuana, approximately 10 grams of cocaine, and just over $4,500 in cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drug sales. Detectives also reportedly found 210 grams of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, and items of drug paraphernalia inside Clary’s residence. Clary’s girlfriend, 20-year-old Madeline Partain, was found inside the home and taken into custody. The Sheriff’s Office says Partain consented to a search of her residence where they found a small amount of marijuana and digital scales containing methamphetamine. Both Clary and Partain were charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clary was also charged with trafficking in cocaine, and operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license. They were lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Deputies say Clary has an extensive criminal history which includes a 2015 conviction for manslaughter in Christian County, as well as two pending methamphetamine trafficking cases.
