Changes to Ameren Missouri’s Low Income Program Coming Next Month

A recent request that was made by Ameren Missouri to raise their qualifying federal poverty level for their Keeping Current Low Income Pilot Program was approved. This program assists low-income electric customers make their utility payments. The qualifying federal poverty level was increased from 150 percent to 200 percent for heating and 150 percent to 250 percent for cooling. This change will go into effect next month.
