Colleges and Universities Provided more Than $260 million in COVID-19 Funding

Colleges across the state of Kentucky have been provided a total of $269,307,632 during the COVID 19 pandemic from members of the U.S. Department of Education. Officials say colleges around the state have taken bold and innovative steps to protect their campus communities during this pandemic and they are proud to announce these additional federal resources  which will support students as they pursue their education and  strive for their goals. Three colleges in Western Kentucky received funding.

  • Murray State University received $10,236,265.

West Kentucky Community and Technical College received $6,080,214.

  • Western Kentucky University received $18,748,413.
