Paducah Woman Charged for Bomb Prank

A Paducah woman was charged Sunday with terroristic threatening after a bomb threat in Marshall County. Deputies say they received a report of a bomb threat at the FiveStar gas station in Draffenville. An employee stated she was receiving threatening messages from an unknown number, which said the business would be blown up. Kentucky State Police bomb units were called to clear the business. An investigation found that a co-worker had sent the threatening messages to the employee, and that the co-worker said it was meant to be a prank.Twenty-one-year-old Amber Carr was charged with second degree terroristic threatening, second degree disorderly conduct, harassing communications, and first degree wanton.
