All jury trials at the 32nd Circuit Court have been suspended through the end of the year. Back in August the court made the decision to keep the suspension of jury trials in place through Halloween. Because of the presence of the coronavirus  in the circuit jurisdiction, the court made the decision to suspend trials until  at least the first of the year. The extension may continue by court order.
