It is now legal for ATV’s, golf carts and other off-road vehicles to be driven on city streets in Marble Hill Missouri. City officials say the Board of Alderman recently voted to permit off road vehicles. They also say soon there will be more off-road vehicles on the city streets, but before residents can drive them on the streets they are required to take it to the police. Officials say they will have to schedule a time for it to come in and the police will inspect the off road vehicle and ensure all the safety equipment is working properly. In addition, they will take down the serial number of the vehicle and check for insurance on the vehicle. After that e a $15 fee and they will give residents a permit to drive their vehicle on the street. Residents can schedule an inspection for their vehicle by calling the Marble Hill Police Department.
