Officials with the Scott County R-4 School District confirmed all of their facilities will be closed to students for the next two weeks because of a recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the region. This closure also includes the cancellation of prom. Officials say the closure is out of abundance of caution. All visitors, faculty and staff are required to wear face coverings or masks on campus. In addition, all staff members will also have temperature checks before they arrive. Officials say they will reevaluate the closure next Friday.
