The Missouri Department of Missouri Department of Agriculture is Currently Following Guidence from the EPA with Dicamba

Ccertified private and commercial applicators can still use currant tocks of the three dicamba herbicides Engenia, FeXapan and XtendiMax through the end of July. This was verified in a Cancellation order that was issued by the Environmental Protection Agency on Monday. Any of the products that was bought after last Wednesday should be brought back to the registrants for proper disposal. The order that was issued on Monday gives guidance for the three dicamba products it prohibits distribution or sale by pesticide registrants and the sale by distributors or retailers, except for return sales back to registrants for proper disposal. The order allows the use of consistent with label directions by certified commercial applicators if it was in their possession on or prior to last Wednesday and it allows the use of consistent with label directions by certified private applicators if it was in their possession on or prior to last Wednesday. Every form of use of Engenia, FeXapan and XtendiMax will not be allowed after July.
