Several Coronavirus Restrictions Will Be Lifted This Week in Kentucky

Several coronavirus restrictions will be lifted as the first phase of Kentucky’s reopening plan will be enforced this week. Restrictions began to be lifted. Starting this week government offices and agencies can open up again under the Healthy at Work Plan. Governor Andy Beshear’s guidelines say that only 50 percent of employees can work in the office at a given time. Employees are also required for interactions between other employees and other social distancing rules have to be enforced. Starting on Tuesday, guests can begin to make reservations at parks across the state. The Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet will open Kentucky State resort parks, recreational parks, lodges and other facilities to citizens during regular business hours beginning on June 1, 2020. Starting Wednesday certain limitations will be lifted on funeral and retail services. All Funeral homes will have to limit in-person memorials to a maximum of thirty-three percent capacity.
