The Jefferson County Health Department confirmed one new COVID-19 case in the county on Tuesday. Health officials say a woman in her 80s has tested positive for the virus and is in isolation at home. As of right now, 100 individuals have tested positive for the coronavirus in Jefferson County, Illinois, including 14 deaths. A total of 73 cases have been released from isolation and 13 are in isolation. Health officials say 772 individuals have tested negative for the virus in the county.
