As of Wednesday There Were 2, 291 total positive cases of COVID 19 in Kentucky

Currently, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services has reported 2,291 positive cases of COVID-19 and 122 deaths in the state. State government officials say they are deepening ties with neighboring Indiana and Ohio in the fight against COVID 19. The Governor will continue regular calls and planning sessions with neighboring governors within the next few weeks. Officials also announced the first stage of a unique testing regime that will start with health care workers, that is made to save lives and help people get back to work. The Co-Immunity Project will have a focal point of comprehensive testing that is centered on antibodies and the development of donor plasma resources. Officials say  the project will test for antibodies for residents who have been infected who have been infected in the past and may have developed immunity.
