Southeast Missouri State to Transition to Online Course Work

Southeast Missouri State University officials have made the decision to transition to online classes for the rest of the semester. The transition to web based courses will go into effect on March 30, 2020. University instructors will now teach their classes online until May 15, 2020. The transition to online course work is due to the virus outbreak and will have no effect on the current online classes. Student access to the university’ residence halls will be restricted starting Friday. The process of all students moving out of the residence halls will take place through the end of the month. University officials say they remain committed to maintaining all essential university functions to the best of their ability and they look forward to resuming normal operations as soon as possible.
