Former McCracken County Principal Granted Expungement

A McCracken County judge has granted Former McCracken County High School Principal Michael Ceglinski’s request to expunge all records of criminal charges against him. The charges are in connection to the way he handled of a 2019 sexual abuse case at the school. He was charged with failure to report child dependent neglect/abuse and criminal misconduct after an investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Princekumar Joshi. He was charged for using an electronic device to record or possess illegal sexual images of a minor. Ceglinski was charged because investigators said they said they discovered he had not reported the abuse to law enforcement, but the charges were later dropped. A judge granted Ceglinski’s expungement order on January 16, 2020. Because of this all public records records of his original charges will be removed.
