Both law enforcement and the family of a missing Caruthersville woman are still asking for assistance from the public in finding her. As of Wednesday, police say that people have called in and reported seeing 36-year-old Michele Bell at her car that broke down at Exit 34 in Mississippi County Arkansas. They ask that people keep calling. They say that she has not been found and they need everyone to keep looking. Members of her family have given out flyers and traveled to farther areas to let others know about her. She has been missing since December 8, 2019. An Endangered Person Advisory was issued two days later. Police said a reward is being offered for the safe return of Bell. Police say she is suffering from mental illness and has been hallucinating. She is described as as 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 105 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. She was wearing a pink shirt and pink leggings. Anyone with information about Bell’s whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911, your local law enforcement agency or the Caruthersville Police Department.
