A western Kentucky attorney already sentenced to prison is facing additional charges. The man was identified as Joseph W. Bolin. He case was herd in court in Calloway County on Tuesday. Officials say not guilty was entered on his behalf. He faces two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property. Previously, Bolin pleaded guilty to two counts of theft over $10,000 and received a ten-year sentence. The charges were pressed against him after victim told Kentucky State Police last year that Bolin had not made required payments related to a probate case he was overseeing.
