Family of Missing Woman Expanding Search

The family of a missing Caruthersville, Missouri woman have branch out to other states to help find her. Residents from far and wide have been given flyers and traveling to farther areas to inform others about 36-year-old Michele Bell. She went missing shortly before midnight on Sunday, December 8, 2019. An Endangered Person Advisory was issued two days later on December 10, 2019. Her family members have expanded their search into Tennessee and Mississippi and have continued to search in both Arkansas and Missouri. Police said a reward is being offered for the safe return of Bell. Police say, she is suffering from mental illness and has been hallucinating. Bell is described as 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 105 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. She was wearing a pink shirt and pink leggings. Police believe she left Caruthersville around 2 a.m. in a maroon Chevy HHR. Her vehicle was found to be unoccupied near joiner Arkansas on Tuesday, December 9, 2019. Anyone with information about Bell’s whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911, your local law enforcement agency or the Caruthersville Police Department.
