Suspects Guilty of Murder and Rape Make Court Appearance Tuesday

James Vanvactor, who was accused of murder following an incident on Sunday morning, and Henry Glore , who was charged with rape from an incident from 40 years ago made a court appearance on Tuesday. Officials say, a not guilty plea was entered on behalf of Vanvactor, and he has a preliminary hearing scheduled for October 15 at 1.p.m. He was taken into custody after a body was reported to be in the parking lot of the Convention and Expo Center. Police say, his girlfriend, 48 year-old Angella Hale  of Calvert City was dead when they arrived and surveillance video allegedly  showed  that Vanvactor, backed over her in an RV. He was reportedly still sitting in it when police arrived. Glore had his preliminary hearing on Tuesday. He was arraigned on Felony charges of third degree rape and incest after DNA test that were taken last December that revealed he is the dad of his sisters child who, is now an adult. His sister reported to police that she was raped by Glore back in 1977, when he was 30 years of age and she was 15 years of age.
