USDA Determines Agriculture Disaster in Every County in Illinois

The U.S. Department of Agriculture declared an agriculture disaster in every state county in the aftermath of this year’s historic flooding. This declaration will provide new federal resources to assist with continuing recovery efforts. Low-interest FSA emergency loans  can be used to replace important property as well as  production costs, pay essential family living expenses, reorganize the family farming operation or refinance certain non-real estate operating debts. The governor requested the disaster declaration on July 3, 2019.
