A Marston man, who was accused of robbing a drug task officer, who was undercover received a two decade jail sentence. The man was identified as 29 year-old Larry Tarver Jr.. He was sentenced on Tuesday, after he was proven guilty of first degree robbery after a jury trial last month. He was taken into custody on May 10, 2018. The arrest was made following a narcotics investigation by state troopers and the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force. The suspect agreed to sell marijuana and Percoct to an officer, who was undercover. The suspect put a gun to the officers head when he was waiting for him in his vehicle at the suspects home. He then demanded money, and received $160 in cash from the officer.
