Former Teacher Pleads Not Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A Former Coach and teacher at Murray High school has pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges and voyeurism has pleaded not guilty in state court. He pleaded not guilty to the charges on Tuesday. The man, who was facing those charges, was identified as Mark Boggess. He was facing three counts of possession or viewing sexual performance by a minor and an additional four counts of voyeurism. Police began investigating the case after a staff member at the school found a video camera set in the bathroom of the school’s nurse’s station. Police identified Boggess on video. He was a .P.E. Teacher and the track coach. He is scheduled to be in court again on September 19, 2019.
