A Charleston Missouri man is facing charges after he drove his vehicle into a home on Friday afternoon in Charleston. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle striking a residence at the intersection of Commercial and 13th streets. The man responsible was identified as 51 year-old Kevin Anderson. He was taken into custody, and police believe he was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Police say, two people riding in the vehicle, along with one person in the home were injured in the crash. All three people were taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. Police say, Anderson did not have permission to have the vehicle. The suspect is currently being held in there Mississippi County jail on charges of auto theft, assault, and property damage among other charges. Additional charges are possible. He is currently being held on a bond of $75,000 dollars. The accident happened at 3:20.p.m. on Friday afternoon.
