A man was arrested following a traffic stop in Marshall County. Police say, a deputy responded to a suspicious vehicle at a home on Monday. The deputy located the vehicle and stopped it for having the brake and license plate out. The man driving the car was identified as 20 year-old Jason Smith. He was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine. He was taken into custody and charged with Possesion of meth and drug paraphernalia and not having the rear License Plate Illuminated, and Driving without brake lights. He was taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
