PHS Student Threatens To Shoot Up School

A Student a Perryville High school has been charged with making a touristic threat of a mass shooting The student was taken into custody this week. He was charged with a Class E Felony in the second Degree. If the student is convicted he could face up to four years in prison along with a fine of $10,000 dollars. The suspect, who was charged, is one of three male students who brought up the idea of a mass shooting at the school. The other two students are juveniles The incident was first reported to police on March 13, 20019. Police later searched the students home and discovered weapons and ammunition the following day. The investigation came to a close Wednesday and the student was charged with a Felony.
