A Dexter Missouri man was taken into police custody in Butler County on Wednesday night. The arrest was made at 6:35.p.m. The man taken into custody was identified as 19 year-old Cody O. Hicks.  He was arrested on a warrant from Stoddard County for kidnapping and Second Degree Domestic Assault. He was transported to the Butler County Jail where he is currently being held.
