A Jackson man was taken into police custody in Cape Girardeau. The arrest was made at 6:09 .p.m. Wednesday Evening for DWI. The man taken into custody was identified as 37 year-old Ryan M. Lindsey. He was transported to Cape Girardeau County Jail. He was later released
