A Holland Missouri man was taken into police custody in Pemiscot County on Monday Afternoon. The arrest was made at 2:39.p.m.  following a traffic stop. The man taken into custody was identified as 60 year-old Carl J Ballard. He was taken into custody for DWI. He was transported to the Pemiscot County Jail. He was held there for 12 hours before being released.
