A Cape Girardeau man was taken into police custody on Wednesday Morning. The arrest was made at 1:12.a.m. following a traffic stop in Cape Girardeau.  He was taken into custody for DWI. The man who was arrested was identified as 38 year-old Samuel L. Jones Jr. He was transported to the Cape Girardeau County Jail where he was later released.
