A Popular Bluff man was taken into police custody in Butler County on Sunday afternoon the arrest was made on Sunday afternoon at 1:45.p.m. The suspect was identified as 37 year-old Cody D. Massey. He was taken into custody on a Failure to Appear Warrant from Butler County. The arrest was made following a traffic stop. He was arrested on additional charges of not wearing a seatbelt and driving without insurance. He was transported to the Butler County Jail where he is currently being held.
