A Cape Girardeau man was taken into police custody late Thursday night. The arrest was made at 11:41.p.m.  The suspect was identified as Theon D. Mackins. He was taken into custody on a warrant from Alexander County Illinois. He was wanted for failing to appear in court.  He also didn’t have a valid driver’s license He was transported to the Cape Girardeau County Jail where he is currently being held.
