A southern Illinois man was given an 18 year sentence for his role in a shooting in 2017. The suspect was identified as 22 year-old Rahsaan D. Graham, Jr. He was given the sentence on Thursday after he was proven guilty by a jury. He was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful use of weapons by a felon. He was accused of shooting a gun at a vehicle. A victim inside the vehicle was shot. The shooting took place near the intersection of Robert A. Stalls Avenue.
