A Cape Girardeau Missouri man, who has been accused of killing an infant, will receive a jail sentence next month. The suspect was identified as Isaac Egbuka. He shot the infant in the head in March. When the incident occurred he was intoxicated. The child’s death occurred during a disagreement with his sister. Egbuka agreed to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action. He will be sentenced on February 4, 2019.
