There will be no charges filed against a former Scott City Employee for Credit Card misuse. The audit that accused the former employee was over a three year period from 2014-2016. All of the credit cards that were used by former employees have been returned to the city. The city came to the conclusion that it would be hard to prove an attempt to deprive the city of funds and credit cards subject to repayment. Evidence collected by city investigators found that these four employees were guilty, then-city clerk Cindy Uhrhan, then-police officers Casey Dodd and Kenny Massa, and then-city administrator Ron Eskew.
