Suspect involved in Homicide Case in Cape Girardeau Commits Suicide

Police have identified a suspect they think killed a man and held a women at gun point. The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Frinbrinzo J. Boyd. He is accused of killing 35-year-old Brian E. Clemons at a residence in rural Cape Girardeau County. Area police responded to a 911 call at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2018. When the police arrived they discovered a dead body, which they determined to be Clemens. Police believe that both the victim and suspect were in love with the female victim and there was a previous argument over her. After Boyd killed Clemons he held the female victim at gun point. He then ran off to a local hotel in New Madrid County. After he murdered Clemons, Boyd Committed suicide.
