It wasn’t long ago the Cape Girardeau Town Plaza was hurting for business. Some of the businesses that left the building include Hastings, Anchors, and the AMC movie theater.  This is about to change because Krisspy Cream Donuts and Rosati’s Pizza Sports Pub announced they have wanted to open new locations for their businesses during the week of September 17, 2018. Business owners are attracted to the area because it is right in the heart of down town. Because of its location there is plenty of parking, and it contains enough light to make customers of the businesses feel safe. The owners of the Town Plaza are investing more than $2 million into turning the plaza into an entertainment Hub; other improvements are expected to follow.
