A maintenance worker at a Paducah, Kentucky, apartment complex was arrested after stealing prescription medication from a resident. The suspect was caught on covert camera the resident set up after noticing her medications were going missing. The worker, identified as Casey Looper, is no longer employed at the facility and is facing charges of burglary and theft of a controlled substance.
