Bill would allow medical marijuana to those with terminal conditions

A proposed bill in Missouri would provide access to medical marijuana to those with terminal conditions. A house committee in Jefferson City received testimonies from individuals in favor of the bill on Tuesday. Only one person testified against the bill claiming, if passed, the law would confuse prosecutors because it would not be in line with federal laws. Several veterans expressed support for the bill but said they hoped the bill would be expanded to include those with post-traumatic stress disorder from military service.
