Southeast Missouri State and Three Rivers Community College to discontinue classes at Malden campuses

Southeast Missouri State University and Three Rivers Community College announced on Monday they will be discontinuing classes at their Malden campuses. Citing budgetary needs, declining enrollments and decreased demand for face-to-face and interactive TV courses, Southeast president Carlos Vargas and Three Rivers president Wesley Payne announced they would no longer offer ITV classes effective summer 2018. This will be the last semester the classes are offered. ITV courses will remain at other regional campuses.
