Missouri Eric Greitens commuted the sentence of a woman who was convicted in 1982. 68-year-old Judy Henderson was sentenced to life in prison with 50 without parole for the death of Springfield jeweler Harry Klein during a robbery. Investigators now say Henderson played a minor part in the robbery and that her boyfriend shot Klein. She is set to be released by Wednesday.
