Southeast Missouri State University announced former First Lady Laura Bush will be speaking at the university in February. “An Evening with Laura Bush” will be part of the University Speaker Series and will take place on February 21. Bush is part of the Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative that helps provide education, healthcare and economic opportunities for women and girls around the world.
