Greitens appoints members to child abuse review boards

Governor Eric Greitens has appointed 16 members to Missouri’s Child Abuse and Neglect Review Boards. Until now, four of the six review boards did not have enough members to meet. The boards are needed to provide independent review of child abuse and neglect cases. Each board is supposed to have nine members and five members must appear at meetings to meet a quorum. Dozens of cases have been delayed due to the lack of members.
