KY man charged with 500 counts of animal cruelty

A 73-year-old man has been charged in connection with Kentucky’s largest seizure of animals in state history. Doil How Stogner was charged with 500 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty after the state seized 400 animals from his property. Most of the animals were poultry and officials discovered about 100 deceased animals in the mix.
