The prisoners who escaped from Pemiscot County Justice Center have been captured. Joseph Latamondeer and William Carter were found in New Orleans over the weekend by the US Marshals Office and local law enforcement. Reports say the two walked all the way to Arkansas where they stole a vehicle and drove to New Orleans. The two escaped the prison on October 15.
