Escaped prisoners still on run, reward being offered

A manhunt is still underway for two inmates who escaped from a Southeast Missouri prison. William Carter and Joseph Latamondeer escaped the Pemiscott County Justice Center Sunday morning through the ceiling of a shower stall. A $1,000 award is being offered to anyone with information regarding the missing prisoners. They are considered to be armed and dangerous. Carter is facing charges of first-degree murder after running over two people. Latamondeer is facing several charges and was set to be sentenced on October 16.
