Illinois lawmakers have reached a temporary school-funding agreement with Governor Bruce Rauner.  The agreement will be discussed further Sunday with legislation being presented for a vote Monday if negotiations go as planned. Rauner says further legislations will be needed to fix the problems he sees with the current plan.
