James Waller is facing federal charges for the killing of his wife Jacque in 2011. Waller was charged in 2013 and sentenced to 20 years for his wife’s murder, but is now facing federal charges of interstate domestic violence. Waller, originally of Jackson, killed his wife in 2011 and buried her body in Southern Illinois. At a pretrial Wednesday morning, Waller withdrew all pretrial Motions including a motion to dismiss the charge against him. He will be back in court in October.
