Greitens issues stay of execution in Williams case

Williams was set to be executed Tuesday for the 1998 murder and robbery of a St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter, but a DNA performed on the murder weapon in December may save his life. Greitens will appoint a five member Board of Inquiry will determine whether the state will go through with the execution.
