A Charleston, Missouri, man was arrested Tuesday for the murder of his 15-month-old son earlier this month. Derichess Moore admitted to hitting his son while under the influence of a synthetic narcotic. He is being charged with murder in the second degree, child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
